1. Service Holder

The service is provided by Sorrento Mobilità S.R.L., with its registered office at Via Fuorimura 35 in Sorrento (NA), VAT/Tax Code 10432861218, email info@fuorimuraparkingsorrento.com, hereinafter referred to as "Manager".

2. Service Object

The service consists of the custody of vehicles at the parking area "Fuorimura Parking Sorrento" located at Via Fuorimura 35.
The parking is classified as a deposit with custody pursuant to Articles 1766 and following of the Civil Code.
The customer hands over the vehicle and the related keys to the authorized personnel.

3. Key Deposit and Movement

By handing over the keys, the customer expressly authorizes the Manager:

  • to move the vehicle within the parking area;   
  • to relocate it for organizational, logistical, or security needs;   
  • to safeguard it according to internal operational procedures.

4. Video Surveillance

The area is under active video surveillance 24 hours a day for security purposes and asset protection, pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, letter f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
The images are processed in compliance with current data protection regulations and stored for a period not exceeding 72 hours, unless further retention is requested by the Authority.
The areas are marked with appropriate signage pursuant to Article 13 GDPR. The images are not accessible to the public.

5. Vehicle Condition

At the time of delivery, the customer declares that:

  • the vehicle is in normal working condition;   
  • it is covered by a valid RCA insurance;   
  • it does not exhibit any significant unreported mechanical defects.   
    Any visible damages must be reported at the time of delivery.

6. Liability

The Manager is responsible for the custody of the vehicle within the limits provided by law.
The Manager is not responsible for:

  • items left inside the vehicle;   
  • money, valuables, or unreported valuable goods;   
  • damages resulting from extraordinary weather events or force majeure;   
  • mechanical or electrical breakdowns not attributable to the Manager.   
    Any damages must be contested immediately at the time of vehicle pickup, before leaving the facility.

7. Hours and Delays

The customer is required to adhere to the times indicated in the reservation.
Any delays must be communicated promptly. The Manager does not guarantee service availability in case of delays exceeding 3 hours that are not communicated.
In the event of a delay in pickup, an additional hourly fee will be applied according to the current rates.
Delays exceeding 2 days without notification may lead to further legal actions.

8. Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.   
  • After this period, 100% of the amount will be retained.   
  • In case of no-show, the amount will not be refunded.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services with specific execution dates or periods.

10. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the Torre Annunziata court will be competent, except for the mandatory consumer jurisdiction if provided by law.

Online reservations are available for stays of at least 12 hours. 
Guests may still use the parking for a duration shorter than the booked time to ensure their spot. In this case, refunds for unused hours are not provided.

Fuorimura Parking is located in the heart of Sorrento, just a short walk from Piazza Tasso and within easy reach of the port and the historic center.

Yes, charging is available for compatible electric vehicles.

Yes, cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival.
After this period, 100% of the amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the amount will not be refunded.
